3. Taunton Booking and Payment

  • Bookings can be made through our website, by phone, or in person at our Taunton location. A booking deposit may be required to confirm your reservation. 4. Vehicle Collection and Return — Taunton

7. Prohibited Uses for Taunton

8. Taunton Liability Limits

To the maximum extent permitted by English and Welsh law, Taunton Vehicle Hire Services will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or business, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the total fees paid by you for the relevant services in the twelve months immediately preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law — Taunton

These Terms for Taunton are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute relating to them falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
